Her work in Senior Living is personal. For three and a half years she was deeply involved in her mother's care at a Senior Living community in Gurgaon. She knows the questions, the fears, the guilt and the distance – and what good care really looks like. Today she helps families in India and around the world, including NRIs, find the Right Fit Active Senior Living community for their parents or for themselves – a home that is safe, caring and built for the long term.

Heinz Co.; half of this was in leadership roles across Africa, Middle East, Turkey and the ASEAN region. A firm believer that Impossible is Nothing, he was the recipient of the most coveted High Performance Award from the Global Chairman of H.J. Heinz Co. for delivering sustained top-tier results, aided by a dream team he personally recruited and nurtured.

As the Managing Partner at Tranquil Haven, he brings the same empathy and passion to steer the company towards its goal of ensuring a serene and secure anchorage for families in their Silver Years.
